]]> Competition in Barcelona with 45 participants ended up the Clio Cup Europe 2021 season.

On Saturday I started race 1 from p14 and finished p9. But after 3s penalty I was 13th.

On Sunday I started race 2 from p8 and after a very bad start and hard battle I finished p10.

Now we have a break from the races till spring, but of course we will be testing a lot.

]]> There are just two race weekends left till the end of 2021 Clio Cup season: 30 – 31 of October at famous Monza circuit and 13 – 14 November in Barcelona.

I?m currently 8th out of 98 drivers in general Clio Cup Europe classification and 4th in Challenger classification.

During these two race weekends I’ll try my best to improve my ranking in both classifications.

]]> Nothing stays the same, everything changes. And in this case, for the better, much better.

Renault Sport has announced that the race weekend at Motorland is canceled and that a race will be held at the Paul Ricard circuit instead. But it is not everything. Clio Cup Europe will pre-race the prestigious Formula 1 Emirates Grand Prix France 2021. Wow !!!

I am already looking forward to this competition. The entire Formula 1 shell, and what’s more, the spectators. Apparently, 40% of seats were allowed for viewers. I have never competed in a car race with spectators before, but I?m expecting it to be fun.

I do not know if the official television will mention something about the Clio Cup, but as always I invite you to live broadcast on the Renault Sport YouTube channel on 19-20.06.2021

We already had the opportunity to test at the Paul Ricard track in December 2020. Then my “Clio” had different design than now. But the mirrors and the air intake are orange. Nice track, fast and safe. I hope it will be lucky for me too.

]]> Between March 15th and 20th 2021, Jerzy tested in France on two circuits, where he will soon participate in the Clio Cup France series.

These were Paul Armagnac circuit in Nogaro and Magny-Cours circuit in Nevers.

He drove several hundred kilometers on both tracks in various weather conditions.
This was a great opportunity to get a feel for the tracks , find the best tire pressure, car settings and try to cut off a few tenths of a second on every lap.

We are looking forward to the first race of the Clio Cup France in Nogaro!
